Configure Booking Settings
Booking settings let you control how far in advance clients can book, the interval between time slots, and the earliest they can schedule before an appointment. These options are found in the Settings tab under the "Booking" section.
Access Booking Settings
1. Click "Profile & Settings" in the left sidebar.
2. Click the "Settings" tab (the third tab, indicated by the gear icon).
3. The "Booking" section appears at the top of the settings panel.
Client Booking Interval
This dropdown controls the length of each time slot in your booking calendar. Choose from:
• 15 mins — Shorter slots for quick services like lineups or beard trims.
• 30 mins (default) — Standard slot length for most haircuts.
• 60 mins — Longer slots for extended services or combined appointments.
The interval you choose determines the time increments clients see when selecting an appointment time in the app.
Days a Client Can Book in Advance
This number field sets how many days into the future clients can book. The default is 21 days. For example, if set to 14, clients can only see available slots within the next two weeks.
Earliest a Client Can Book Before Appointment
This setting defines the minimum lead time required before a client can book. It uses two dropdowns:
• Hours — Select from 0 to 23 hours.
• Minutes — Select from 0, 15, 30, or 45 minutes.
The default is 0 hours and 30 minutes, meaning clients must book at least 30 minutes before the appointment start time. This prevents last-minute bookings that could catch your team off guard.
Save Your Changes
After adjusting any booking settings, click "Save Changes" at the bottom of the page to apply them. Your clients will see the updated availability rules the next time they open the app.
