Navigate the schedule calendar
The Schedule page is your central calendar for viewing and managing all appointments across your shop. It supports three view modes and includes filters to help you focus on what matters.
View modes
The schedule header includes a toggle with three view options: Day, Week, and Month. Click any option to switch views instantly.
Day View — Shows a vertical timeline from 9 AM to 1 AM with a column for each barber. Appointment cards are stacked in their respective barber columns, sized by duration. A gold line marks the current time, and you can click "Jump to Now" to scroll directly to it.
Week View — Displays a 7-day grid with a row for each barber. Each cell shows that barber's appointments for the day. Today's column is highlighted in gold.
Month View — Shows a traditional calendar grid. Each day cell displays up to 3 appointments. If a day has more than 3, a "+X more" label appears.
Navigating dates
1. Use the left and right arrow buttons next to the date in the header to move forward or backward one day, week, or month depending on your current view.
2. The current date is displayed in the header in "Month Day, Year" format (for example, "March 19, 2026").
3. Open the sidebar calendar picker on the right to jump to any specific date. Select a date and click "Apply" to navigate there, or click "Clear" to reset.
The sidebar
The right sidebar contains three sections: a calendar date picker, a payment status filter, and a barber visibility toggle. On smaller screens the sidebar collapses automatically.
Today's Summary at the bottom of the sidebar shows live stats: Total Booked, Paid, Unpaid, and Barbers Active for the current day.
Reading appointment cards
Each appointment card shows the time range, client name, and service name. The card background matches the barber's assigned color. A green left border means the appointment is paid, and a red left border means it is unpaid.
Click any appointment card to open a detail modal showing the client name, barber, service, duration, time slot, payment status, and any notes.
