Set up Google Review rewards
You can incentivize clients to leave Google Reviews by offering reward points. Configure the reward amount in the App Builder so clients know how many points they will earn for leaving a review.
Configuring review rewards
1. Open the App Builder from the sidebar.
2. Click the "Rewards" tab.
3. Find the "Leave a Google Review" reward section.
4. Use the slider to set the number of points clients earn for leaving a review. The range is 0 to 500 points.
5. Setting the slider to 0 disables the Google Review reward. Any value above 0 enables it and shows the reward amount in your app.
How the reward flow works
1. A client sees the Google Review reward offer in your app and leaves a review on Google.
2. The client submits a review reward request through the app.
3. The request appears on your Google Reviews page in the Command Center with a "Pending" status.
4. You open the request, verify the review exists on Google using the "View Review" link, and click "Approve points & Credit" to credit the points.
5. The reward points are added to the client's account and can be used toward product purchases.

• Always verify the review exists on Google before approving to prevent fraud.
• Set a reward amount that is meaningful enough to motivate clients but sustainable for your business.
