Approve or decline a review request
When a client submits a Google Review reward request, you can review it and choose to approve or decline. Approving credits reward points to the client's account.
Opening a review request
1. Go to "Google Reviews" from the sidebar.
2. Find the request you want to review in the table.
3. Click the gold "Open" button in the Action column for that request.
4. The "Approve Review Request" modal will open.
What the modal shows
The modal displays the customer's name, a "View Review" link to verify the Google Review externally, the eligible reward points amount, and a preview of the review submission.
An instruction at the bottom reminds you to verify the customer's Google Review before approving the reward points.
Approving a request
Click "Approve points & Credit" (the gold button) to approve the request. This credits the reward points to the client's account and changes the request status to "Approved."
Declining a request
Click "Decline" (the red button) to reject the request. The client will not receive reward points, and the status changes to "Rejected."
Click "Cancel" to close the modal without taking any action. The request remains in its current status.
