Set up your app during onboarding
After completing the onboarding questionnaire and clicking "Start for free," you are taken directly to the App Builder. This is where you customize your branded mobile app — adding your shop details, services, team, portfolio, products, and rewards.
What happens after onboarding
1. The App Builder opens automatically in a full-screen modal overlaying the Schedule page. You will see a live phone preview of your app on the right side as you make changes.
2. Start on the Home tab to set your banner image, brand color, shop description, business hours, contact information (website, Instagram, phone), and shop address with map location.
3. Switch to the Services tab to add your haircut and grooming services with names, descriptions, prices, and durations.
4. Use the Barbers tab to invite team members to your shop. Each barber gets their own schedule and can be assigned to services.
5. Upload photos of your work in the Portfolio tab to showcase your skills to customers.
6. Add products for sale in the Shop tab, including product images, descriptions, prices, and inventory quantities.
7. Configure your Rewards program in the Rewards tab. Set point values for referrals (0–500 points), shop purchases (0–50 points per dollar), and Google reviews (0–500 points).
You can close the App Builder at any time and return to it later from the sidebar. Your progress is saved automatically.
