Complete the onboarding questionnaire
After creating your account, CLPPER walks you through a 7-step onboarding questionnaire. Your answers help personalize your experience and set your business goals.
The 7 onboarding steps
1. What best describes you? — Choose from "I rent a chair," "I own a shop," "I own a private suite," or "I am a student barber." If you select "I own a shop," you will also be asked how many chairs you operate.
2. How did you hear about CLPPER? — Select from options including App Store, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, TV, Google, or ChatGPT.
3. Have you tried other booking apps before? — Answer Yes or No. If Yes, you will be asked about the biggest problem with your previous app (e.g., business not growing, no product sales, app feels generic). If No, you skip directly ahead.
4. CLPPER grows your business — A brief screen showing how CLPPER compares to traditional booking apps, with a revenue growth chart. Click "Continue" to proceed.
5. What is your main goal right now? — Choose from "Get more bookings," "Sell more products," or "Get more Google reviews."
6. Set your goal target — Use the slider to set a specific target for your chosen goal (e.g., +5 to +35 additional bookings per month, +$50 to +$350 in product sales, or +5 to +35 new Google reviews).
7. Goal confirmation — CLPPER confirms your target and shows that 95% of barbers see progress within two weeks. Click "Start for free" to enter the Command Center and begin building your app.
A progress bar at the top of the screen shows which step you are on. You can tap the back arrow at any time to return to a previous step.
