Understand client reward points
Each client accumulates reward points through actions like referrals, purchases, and leaving Google Reviews. You can see every client's point balance directly in the Client Profiles table.
Where to see reward points
Open "Client Profiles" from the sidebar. In the table, the "Reward points" column shows each client's current balance as a yellow badge with "pts" — for example, "120 pts."
How clients earn points
Clients earn points in three ways, depending on how you configure your rewards program in the App Builder:
• Refer a Friend — Clients earn points when they refer someone who creates an account. You set the reward amount using a slider from 0 to 500 points.
• Make a Purchase — Clients earn points for every dollar spent. You set the reward amount using a slider from 0 to 50 points.
• Leave a Google Review — Clients earn points when they submit a Google Review and you approve the request. You set the reward amount using a slider from 0 to 500 points.
How clients use points
Clients can redeem their accumulated points toward product purchases in your app. Points are applied at checkout and reduce the cash amount owed.
Managing the rewards program
To adjust how many points clients earn for each action, go to the App Builder and open the Rewards tab. Use the sliders to set point values for referrals, purchases, and Google Reviews. Changes take effect immediately for future transactions.
