Understand the App Builder tabs
The App Builder is where you customize every aspect of your branded mobile app. It is organized into six tabs, each controlling a different part of the customer experience.
The six tabs
Home — Set your banner image, brand color, shop description, business hours, contact links (website, Instagram, phone), and shop address with map location. This is the first thing customers see when they open your app.
Services — Add, edit, and remove the services you offer. Each service includes a name, description, price, and duration. Customers choose from these when booking an appointment.
Barbers — Invite and manage your team. Each barber you add gets their own schedule and can be assigned to specific services. Customers select a barber when booking.
Portfolio — Upload photos of your work. Your portfolio is displayed in the app so customers can see your style and skills before booking.
Shop — Add products for sale in your app. Each product includes an image, name, description, price, and inventory quantity. Customers can browse and purchase products directly.
Rewards — Configure your loyalty rewards program. Set how many points customers earn for referrals, purchases, and Google reviews. Customers can redeem points for discounts on future purchases.
How to access the App Builder
Click "App Builder" in the left sidebar of the Command Center. The builder opens as a full-screen overlay with your editing tools on the left and a live phone preview of your app on the right.
